Richard is our Deputy Chief Executive Officer and sits on the board of Obsidian Achernar. He
brings to the fore, vast experience in entrepreneurship. Prior to co-founding Obsidian
Achernar with Ashley, he worked as the Senior Market Strategist for Reflex Eco Group. While
at Reflex Eco, he helped clients maximize value on their investments through proven
execution strategies. Currently, Richard oversees the business’s legal, human capital, and
general operations, providing strategic focus to these units. Under his guidance, the human
capital has experienced growth in numbers and quality through skill-based hires that have
proven to be instrumental.
Mr Mensah received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
