After receiving a Master’s in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford, Akash returned to Ghana to build the African Dream.
He has a strong legal mind and a keen interest in interdisciplinary application of legal and financial scholarship for the economic analysis of competitive asset markets, focusing on private equity and venture capital funds.
He has experience assisting clients with structuring, negotiating, and documenting corporate transactions, spanning capital markets, M&A, and debt finance.
